Without the surplus provided through IRN, communities in the Second and Third World countries where we work must scrape by with old, inadequate furniture and equipment. These photos show conditions in schools, hospitals and homes before and after their refurbishment with surplus provided thanks to the concern and generosity of IRN clients.
